Our policy is to conduct our business safely on site, to work as part of the client’s team and to avoid injury or damage to property in the built and natural environment.
We deliver the client’s proposal and design safely, on schedule and on budget, through consultation and collaboration with front end project managers, in the preparation and planning of all works.
We use core competencies and skills in the preparation and planning of site works, with project managers to eliminate risk and defects on site. All operatives work safely in compliance with day to day site safety regulations.
Being safety conscious, we are committed to professional safety training, maintaining core skills and competencies, through ongoing skills training and development.
Our company’s safety and quality skills are managed through daily consultation with certified professional contract management and their engineers. Inspections are carried out on site prior to commencement works and in preparation for all civil works.
For example, a start-up check list must be completed on all machines by the operator, prior to commencing work including daily service records.
Collaboration and assessment delivers better overall health and quality standards in the built and natural environment, from the outset of each project that is mutually beneficial to the client, the contractor and the operatives.
